Pastor Frank Jacobs
Pastor Frank found the Lord in 1973 while working as a Carpenter, when a devoted co-worker gave him a copy of David Wilkerson’s “The Cross and the Switchblade.” After reading the book in his bedroom one evening, he gave his heart and life to the Lord Jesus Christ. At 21 years old, his life was dramatically changed and he has been serving the Lord with passion and purpose ever since. He is devoted to the Lord’s calling for Crossroads Assembly of God, particularly the need for a strong missions program and outreach to our local community.
Pastor Frank is fun-loving, selfless, caring, and loved by all, but especially by the youth and young children at Crossroads, hence his reputation as Pastor “Tic-Tac!” A “big kid” (at heart!), he loves to ride every roller coaster at Great Adventure and enjoy a delicious lunch at his favorite buffet restaurant, The Shady Maple.
He lives in Manalapan, NJ with his wife Cathy. He also has three children Frank, Jim and Krista who are all married and have given the Pastor nine beautiful grandchildren.

Youth | Connections
Pastor Charles joined Crossroads in December of 2019 as an associate and youth pastor. Growing up in a Christian household all his life, Charles began his relationship with God at a young age. During a missions trip to El Salvador in 2009, the Lord called Charles into vocational ministry, and ever since, he has been working to follow God's will in his life. In 2012, Charles began studying theology at the University of Valley Forge. After four years, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Theology and Philosophy.
Charles loves to read, write, and learn as much as he can, but overall, he is passionate about discipleship in his own life and in the lives of his congregation. He will also talk for hours to anyone about the works of J. R. R. Tolkien.
Charles and his wife, Tori, are expecting a child early in August and have a dog, Lucy, and a cat, named Samuel, who are both loved well.
